I just tried casting a plaster slug from a small rifled section of barrel. When I got it out, it had really nice rifling grooves on it. I tried to put it in a longer piece of barrel (same barrel I took the small section from)... it was a really snug fit. Sealed 100% too but there was too much friction. You'd need at least 20 bar to fire that thing

Since I dont have a pump I just used a piece of all thread to get it out... the slug broke in the process.
I hope your cement is a lot harder then my plaster
