Comming Soon From Riot Police and Millitary near you.

the MB68P is a  5/8  or 16mm solid marble glass sphere surrounded and coated with 1mm or so of rubber to bring it up to size in this case 11/16,  17.24mm  or .68 Cal

Weight is 6 Grams or about 100 grains

Fired at 400 to 550 fps in a smooth bore and are most effective at a range of 150 feet or closer

These work in all .68 paintball gun

The same process used here can be applied to size any Sphere to any Cal .

Those would hurt like crazy to get hit with.  ;D Back a few years ago when I was teaching, a student shot his brother a very close range with a marble in his paintball gun. Thank goodness there was so much blowby, but it still left a monster welt on his chest.
These rubber coated spheres would probably be good for small game hunting, knock the lights out of a rabbit immediately with a head shot. I wonder how easy they will be to obtain...

I have not had the chance to hunt with them yet, But your right A head shoot of any kind is more than than likely going to knock'em out or at the least leave'em stuned and confused.

I started makeing these back in Nov. 09.  I wanted somthing I could use in a less leathal self defence situation and to hunt with.
It took me about 2 months to work out the bugs, but once I did I found I could produce about 25 a hour.
These have to be handmade and there is alot of handleing in the process. Material cost is about .20 cents
I'm Selling them to a outfit in Cali. for $1.00 each. Who in return is selling them to the police and Military, But will not offer them to the general puplic.  Retail $2.00 each.

Well unless you make them yourself or you are the Police or Military they are not readly availible.  That is unless you know the guy who makes them.  ;)

Quite impressive. I assume you have to use a specialized paintball gun to get the 400+ fps. Have you done any accuracy testing on them?

I'm a fan of wax slugs myself, especially ones with BB's embedded in them.  ;D Of course, no longer less lethal in that configuration.

Well as far a less than lethal, I Use a home made pepper balls followed up by a few 3 gram Resin Bead ball, and if that still not enough their followed up by my home made pepper/marble mixed ball (pepper ball with a 9mm marble) followed by the MB68P Marble Ball which will make'em run for their life, If their still standing that is. With the right ammo paintball guns are great as the will hold 200 rounds.

this is a great idea! how do you make them?
:-X That is the million dollar Question, Like I stated before it took me allot of time and expense to work out the bugs and details and I am hoping to raise enough to pay for a patent before my time runs out. Anyone want to invest?
To answer your question  Please send $19.95 lol j/k
I went to the local hardware store picked me up a gauge meter, some glue, thread, marbles, rubber coating and a gas mask. Then spent the next 2 months working on what worked best. Size, Temp, thickness of rubber to apply, time periods between coats, ect. ect. Devils really in the details allot of trial and error and plenty of patience.

There are a few psi adjustable paintball guns out there, Paintballers fire paintballs accurately at about 300 to 350 psi max, because of the light weight of a normal paintball 2.8 grams.
These marble balls are about 6 grams in weight so they travel accurately at a higher psi. One gun I have is a Diablo slayer simi to full auto it will shoot 18 rounds per sec. adjustable up to 600 psi.
I have no way to measure the true fps, I wouldn't even know how, I just know it hits hard and as soon as I learn to post video on you tube I'll post some here.

i figure with wax slug you need to shoot the arms legs or stomach, cause they've plenty oomph to shatter a solar plexus or cause a severe concussion at close range.

Wax is not much good to you on very warm or hot day, to much at stake when you have to worry about wax build up.

A leg shot straight to the knee cap talk about a shattering experience, lol

It’s all in where you place the shot, whether it be for food for the family or to protect them from those who would do harm, when a real firearm is unavailable or not necessary

I have my less lethal pepper and resin ball Ammo, Then I have my reusable MB68P border line less lethal but not by much Marble ball Ammo.  lol

Maybe that what I should have named them, Border Line .68 Ammo sends the bad guy crawling home or back to the ground from which he was made.

plus the way i cast the wax it ends up encased in paper, that way it does not gum up the rifling. so no wax ever touches the barrel.

Thats cool, how many time can you refire it?

Not to derail my subject Matter of the MB68P Marble Ball

The MB68P Marble Ball can be reused and refired over and over again.

You still never told me what you thought of my Idea.

What Cal. are you shooting?   I'll make you a few and send them.  Send me a message
I seen some of your comparison video's. Maybe we can compare the two and get it on tape.??

Back to subject MB68P and rubber coating projectiles to size callibuers

i think the rubber coating on marbles is a great idea! the wax slug can be fired once........... it vaporizes upon impact. i think my barrel sizes are about .68 .52 and .25(?)
