That's some pretty intense stuff.  ;D I remember when I lived in Texas seeing a few pictures of kids that had taken hogs hunting in this fashion. I'm sure their dads had the hogs by the rear legs before letting their kids go in for the kill.  ;D

I've talked with a few people that were opposed to killing animals. Every single one of them was very unreasonable, never wanted to listen to sound logic. Most of them seem to be filled with a weird sort of hate. For example, I have a youtube video where I show a rabbit I killed with a homemade airgun. You wouldnt believe how much hate mail and comments I got over that one. If you are opposed to hunting, why would you sit and watch a video of hunting? How hard is it for them to look at their precious animal world to see how seemingly cruel animals are to each other? Tell them to watch a lion catch and eat a zebra. Try listening to a rabbit as it is carried away by a hawk. How humane is that?  ;D Of course, put it in nicer words, I just said it that way since pretty much all of us here are hunters. I've found its best not to argue, just keep your hunting to yourself unless you find others (like us here) who actually appreciate hunting.  ;D

I know what you mean. Some people eat meat but are against hunting. I mean really.. whats the difference between hunting and going to the grocery store. The meat you bought had to come from some animal that was killed.
Its funny how people dont get it... if our ancestors didnt hunt, they wouldnt survive and you wouldnt even exist to to oppose killing animals. Its the food chain, not rocket science  ;D
But if someone decides to be a vegetarian, I dont mind it. After all, its their loss.

From my personal experience I learned that its best not to debate about that subject with vegetarians.
Its best to give them what they want but sooner or later they will realize the importance of meat. Especially if they find themselves stranded in the bush. Not much time to grow potatoes and salad in a survival situation eh  ;D
If you're very intelligent its likely you're arrogant but if you're arrogant you don't necessarily need to be very intelligent.

Yeah they told me hunting and eating meat is wrong because i'm killing another being. then when i told them i had to shoot starlings and mice because their pooping allover my house, they told me i didnt have the right to shoot a sentient being just because they annoy you, they asked me if a person annoyed you will you shoot them dead too. lol. its funny how they cant differ animals from people. then i told them rat and starling poop is health hazardous to my family, guess what they said. Any meat you eat has more viruses than rat and starling poop ;D ;D

Get a nice floor mat, get yer bipod, a fresh drink and just wait. Didnt take too long for me, as soon as that rat peeked out I just nailed him (literally) to the shack.

well i am a vegetarian, but i see nothing wrong with killing things if they are causing damage to you or if you are hungry. i will in all likely hood not always be a vegetarian and i have nothing wrong with eating meat - in a survival situation what the hell else are you supposed to do?!?!? - i just don't at this point in my life.
