I just remembered on one of the blowgun forums they had a printable pattern for dart cones you print them on transparencies cut em out and roll em up they had then for several different sizes theese were what they used for competive shooting ill look in a bit see it i can find it

Here's a link that has a bunch of blowgun dart info: http://www.polar-electric.com/Blowgun/Darts/index.html. FighterAce has a printable pattern as well. Stu and I have been using a plumb bob for ours. You can make stronger cones by using stiffer paper, this being a must for higher pressures.
