This is my latest airgun replica and its the most detailed gun I have ever made...

-thats a 200mm suppressor on the tip of the barrel, its got an inner barrel with 60 holes in 4 rows and outer barrel with 144 holes in 8 rows and some cotton wool in between. it works extremely well in reducing noise and white smoke coming out the barrel due decompression.

its got a 500mm barrel thats held in place with a 350mm bolt and its just over 1,5 kg. The frame is made out of fir wood and the airtank (3/4) out of green ekoplastik pvc rated at 20 bar for 20°C and 10 bar for 67°C. For filling I use a schrader valve thats hidden in the stock... all you can see of it is a small rubber cap.
It has a removable magazine that holds 2 rounds (2 nail darts on the pic), in the front there are 3 picatinny rails and 1 long on the top. The sights are adjustable for windage(rear) and elevation(front) but the rear sight doesnt grip the rail very well so I think I'll have to redesign it and make another one... The triggersystem opens the 1/2 valve via spring and redirecting screws.
The trigger and "spring release module" is self resetting... all I did was put a pivot point inside the release thing... put a tiny wooden dowel in so it can move up n down and a small spring from a pen. So when you pull the trigger and release it, it will automatically come back.
I still have to finish the LMT crane stock and even out the recoil buffer tube. In the place of the mag release button I drilled a hole for a switch to control the laser pointer that will ride in the front sight post. I'm thinking about putting a 5mm LED diode in the front sight post to illuminate short range targets at night... I use 2 pairs AAA 1.5V batteries (for the laser & LED) that are hidden inside the pistol grip.
Bullets I use are primarily nail darts and wax/paper slugs.... and white chalk that fits perfectly into the 12mm barrel

it leaves a nice white mark after it impacts and explodes into small pieces
and... thats about it.... and yeah... it took me about 3 months to make that piece of wood and its still not finished hehe
I wonder how much I'd get for it if I were to sell it... but I'm not going to... there was just too much work put into this thing
